  • MARCUS TODAY Pty Ltd promises to produce a minimum of 200 copies of the newsletter a year (although we have been running at 230 per annum)
  • For all membership levels, except the Life-Time Subscription
    • You will pay for a 12 month subscription at the price offered on the website or through any promotion that may be running at that time.
    • At the end of this subscription we will automatically re-bill you. You are under no obligation to renew and we will remind you before renewing your next year’s subscription.
  • For Life-Time subscription:
    • You will pay for a 10 year subscription at the price offered on the website or through any promotion that may be running at that time.
    • You will be given access to all member products including, but not limited to, the Marcus Today daily newsletter and Articles by Marcus.
    • At the end of this subscription we will automatically re-bill you. You are under no obligation to renew and we will remind you before renewing your next year’s subscription.
    • Life membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY: Member satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that our service will not suit everyone’s needs. Accordingly all new subscribers to Marcus Today are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee (please note that this does not apply to existing or past Members). Any introductory gifts or prizes, must be returned in their original condition before a refund will be made. In the event that the report does not fulfil your requirements, cancellations must be notified in writing and posted to:

The postmark on the envelope must be no later than 30 days after the subscription was initially taken. Please note, that without exception, refunds cannot be made after the initial 30 days.

  • Publish times are live to the website as content is published. The newsletter content is published from 7:30am onwards and completed when a summary email is sent usually around midday.

You may find your billing information about your membership by visiting ‘My Account’ section of the website, under ‘Account details’.

Automatic renewal can be turned on in your ‘My Account’ section of the website, under ‘Account details’. You agree to the offer of automatic renewal by clicking the ‘submit’ button.

Automatic renewal locks in your latest membership rate and any loyalty discounts incurred for your continued membership, for the membership length period selected at the time automatic renewal is turned on.

The location of your loyalty discount can be located on your latest tax invoice. You can also request for your latest tax invoice by emailing us at info@marcustoday.com.au or by calling the team on o458 009 821 at any time.

At the end of your membership period and each membership period thereafter, we will automatically renew your membership and charge your Payment Method the ‘locked-in rate’ and/or loyalty discount at the time automatic renewal was turned on, until you cancel your membership.

Automatic renewal can also be turned on by written request sent to info@marcustoday.com.au or by calling the team on o458 009 821 at any time.

You can cancel your membership and/or automatic renewal at any time by going to ‘My Account’ section of the website, under ‘Account details’. You agree to cancel your offer of automatic renewal by clicking the ‘submit’ button.

By cancelling your membership and/or automatic renewal, you may also forfeit any loyalty discounts incurred on your membership period and each membership period thereafter.

Cancelling your membership and/or automatic renewal automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

You are not obliged to turn on automatic renewal and automatic renewal can only be turned on by members or with explicit permission from our members.

You will be given written email warnings at a minimum of 2-weeks before your account is to be debited. Email written alerts sent to members as follows:

  • 3- & 2-year memberships: 4 weeks; 3 weeks, 2 weeks and 1 week before your Payment Method will be debited.
  • 1 year, 6-months, 3-months and 1-months memberships: 2 weeks and 1 week before your Payment Method will be debited.

Please note: there will not be a transfer of a consumer’s billing information to any third party and all billing information is kept secure and hidden.
