How do I enable cookies in Firefox?

Please follow the steps below

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Options
  2. Select the Privacy panel at the top
  3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.Custom History Fx21 Win7
  4. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies, and uncheck it to disable them.Cookies Win Fx22
  5. Choose how long cookies are allowed to be stored:
    Select Keep until: they expire: Each cookie will be removed when it reaches its expiration date, which is set by the site that sent the cookie.
  6. Click the OK button to close the Options window

How do I enable cookies in Internet Explorer?

ENABLING COOKIES IN INTERNET EXPLORER 9.0 – INTERNET EXPLORER 11.0

  1. Click on the gear-wheel icon at the top right of the browser window.

  3. Change to the “Privacy” tab.

    Automatic cookie handling
    1. Set the slider to “Medium”.

  3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window.

  5. Enter marcustoday.com.au in the text field and then click Allow. marcustoday.com.au will appear in the “Managed websites” list below with a Setting of Allowed.

How do I enable cookies in Google Chrome?

Why is there some sections missing in the newsletter in Outlook

You will have to download images or enable automatic download of images in Outlook. Follow the steps below to automatically download images:

  1. Click the File tab
  2. Click Options on left hand side
  3. Click Trust Center on left hand side
  4. Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings.
  5. Clear the Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS itemscheck box.

How do I update my contact details or change the password on my account?

Click on My Account, then click on Update details

How do I upgrade my plan from a Trial to a Paid Subscription?

Follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on My Account
  2. Click on Upgrade now
  3. Click on Resubscribe under the SUBSCRIPTION section in Account details

I am not receiving the emails but am a registered user and can only view the newsletter in the web browser

Please try checking your spam folder and mark the email as Not Junk. Also ensure that your mailbox is not full and has enough space to receive emails.

You may also have accidently clicked the Unsubscribe link in the email, in this case please contact us so we can add you to the email list.

How do I avoid the email from going into the Junk folder in Outlook?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Locate you junk folder
  2. Right click on the image
  3. Select Junk>Not Junk
  4. Ensure you have the box checked and then press the OK button

I forgot my password, how do I log in?

What is my username?

This is the email address that you used to register for your free trial or paid subscription.

What do I use for the password?

This is the password that has been emailed to you once you have registered for any of our subscriptions. Please ensure you have typed your email address correctly to receive your password.

Do I need the daily email to view the newsletter?

No, the email is just a reminder and only shows a quick overview of what’s inside the newsletter.

How do I save the address of the newsletter in the web browser Toolbar to automatically log me in?

Please do the following:

  1. Ensure you have checked the box for “Remember me” in the SIGN IN section
  2. Sign in to the newsletter using Firefox or Chrome
  3. Press Ctrl+D on windows, or Command+D on Mac to save the link
  4. Rename the Link if needed (Firefox screen shot displayed below)
  5. Click on OK to save

How do I refresh my web browser to check for the latest information?

Press the F5 button on Windows along the top of the keyboard or press Command+R on MAC

How do I increase or decrease the size of the text in my web browser?

Follow the steps below depending on your operating system:

Press the following keys on Windows

Increase font: Ctrl & +
Decrease font: Ctrl & –
Original font size: Ctrl & 0

Press the following keys on a MAC

Increase font: Cmd & +
Decrease font: Cmd & –
Original font size: Cmd & 0

I can log in from my computer but can’t log in using my iPad. What should I do?

If you have blocked cookies on your iPad, you will need to allow cookies in order to log in to the Marcus Today newsletter.

To enable cookies in iOS 7:

Go to:
Settings>Safari>PRIVACY & SECURITY>Block Cookies>
Use “From third parties and and advertisers” or “Never”. Any of these two options will work.

To enable cookies in iOS 8:

Go to:
Settings>Safari>Block Cookies>
Use “Always Allow” or “Allow from websites I visit”. Any of these two options will work.

Open the Safari App on the iPad, go to marcustoday.com.au, and log in using the normal method you use on the computer.

How do I save the Marcus Today website as a button on iPhone or iPad in iOS 8?

Complete the following steps

  1. Open Safari on your device.
  2. Open the Marcus Today website
  3. Log in the Marcus Today website from the SIGN IN section
  4. Click on remember me to save your password, in order to save you time next time. Click on the Go button so sign. You may be prompted with the following scree.
  5. In the bottom of the Safari window, click on the square with the up arrow arrow
  6. Click on “Add to Home Screen”
  7. Add your preferred name, Eg. Marcus Today
  8. Click on “Add” in the top right hand corner
  9. You will now see a Marcus Today icon on your phone

You are all done. If you saved your password, it should log you in automatically next time you click on the icon.

Note: To rename the icon later, you will need to delete the icon and then redo steps 1-9

How do I change the position of my Marcus Today icon on iPhone or iPad?

To achieve this, complete the following:

  1. Press and hold the icon until it starts to shake and a cross appears in the top left hand corner, then lift your finger
  2. Move the button in your preferred position. You can also move to a new page of icons by holding the icon near the left or right edge of the phone.
  3. Press the circle Home button at the bottom of the device to accept the change

How do I view and delete passwords in Firefox?

You can easily manage the usernames and passwords that Firefox has saved for you.

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Options.
  2. Click the Security panel.
  3. Click Saved Passwords… and the Password Manager will open.

  • To see the passwords you have saved, click Show Passwords. When you close the window, your passwords will be automatically hidden.
  • Use the search box to find a particular website or username. Click the X in the search bar to clear your search and see the full list again.
  • To remove a username and password, select it from the list and click Remove.
  • To remove all stored usernames and passwords, click Remove All. After confirming this choice, all of your stored usernames and passwords will be deleted.
