Some subscription services rate management, but all you have to do is try and eyeball them in a video, work out whether they are invested, work out if they are a management that know the industry or if they are new management trying to make a buck in the listed company scene. A Google can be enough. Although beware some of the most inept managers are the best salesmen and you can be deceived. The most important issue is whether they are invested, if yes how long for and do they know the industry. Keep an eye on Director shareholdings in the announcements.
